66.Clima Escolar en los Actores Educativos de la Institución Educativa San Isidro del Municipio de Acevedo

Resumen

El clima escolar ha venido tomando fuerte interés en su definición y evaluación, dadas las implicaciones que este tiene dentro de la población escolarizada, pues influye ampliamente tanto en la vida social, como en la estructura emocional y por ende en el desempeño académico de los alumnos, representando un indicador del contexto escolar (Thapa et al., 2013). Siendo así, el objetivo de la presente investigación se dirigió a Caracterizar el Clima Escolar de los actores educativos en la Institución Educativa San Isidro del Municipio de Acevedo, se realizó un tipo de estudio mixto, con diseño Anidado Concurrente de Varios Niveles DIACNIV, dirigido a 104 estudiantes, 21 docentes, 2 directivos, 1 administrativo, 40 participantes por comunidad externa y 4 padres de familia. Se aplicaron cuestionarios con respuesta de tipo Likert y entrevistas estructuradas con pregunta abierta. Estos resultados fueron analizados con el programa SPSS y ATLAS TI. Dentro de los resultados se logró caracterizar las variables sociodemográficas de las poblaciones encuestadas y entrevistadas, y se observó con el proceso de evaluación del CE de la I.E. San Isidro la Dimensiones que mayor representatividad tiene por su valoración favorable por parte de la comunidad educativa son: CN, CA y RI.

Abstract

The school climate has been taking a strong interest in its definition and evaluation, given the implications that it has within the school population, since it widely influences both social life and emotional structure and therefore in the academic performance of students, representing an indicator of the school context (Thapa et al., 2013). Thus, the objective of the present research was directed to Characterize the School Climate of the educational actors in the San Isidro Educational Institution of the Municipality of Acevedo, a mixed type of study was carried out, with a Nested Concurrent Design of Various Levels DIACNIV, aimed at 104 students, 21 teachers, 2 managers, 1 administrative, 40 participants per external community and 4 parents. Questionnaires with a Likert-type response and structured interviews with an open question were applied. These results were analyzed with the SPSS and ATLAS TI program. Within the results, it was possible to characterize the sociodemographic variables of the populations surveyed and interviewed, and it was observed with the evaluation process of the SC of the I.E. San Isidro, the Dimensións that have the greatest representation due to its favorable evaluation by the educational community are: CN, CA and RI.
