87. Evaluación del Clima Escolar en dos Instituciones Educativas Rurales al Norte del Departamento del Huila

Resumen

La presente investigación, fue desarrollada en y con la comunidad educativa de las instituciones educativas La Troja del municipio de Baraya y la institución educativa Anacleto García del municipio de Tello, ubicadas en el área rural del norte del departamento del Huila, centrada en conocer y evaluar el clima escolar respectivamente.

El diseño de esta investigación fue de triangulación concurrente (DITRIAC), con aplicativo de método mixto permitiéndose interactuar con los actores de cada institución educativa, mediante la aplicación de instrumentos de recolección de la información como la entrevista a nivel cualitativo identificando percepciones de los actores (directivos y padres de familia) y el cuestionario para a nivel cuantitativo dirigida a docentes, escolares, y comunidad en general en cada una de las instituciones educativas objeto del estudio. Para el análisis de los datos cuantitativos se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS y para el análisis de los datos cualitativos se contó con el software Atlas.ti.9.

Los resultados responden a cada uno de los objetivos planteados en esta investigación, partiendo desde el suministro de información por parte de los actores educativos, seguido del análisis y clasificación de sus percepciones desde las categorías de Relaciones Interpersonales, Conocimiento de Normas, Seguridad y Entorno Escolar, Compromiso Académico e Inclusión. Estableciendo la relación existente entre las tendencias teóricas y los factores que afectan el clima escolar en las instituciones objeto de la investigación.

La discusión y las conclusiones determinan los factores asociados a los referentes teóricos que caracterizan el clima escolar de forma positiva y negativa en cada una de las instituciones educativas, generando recomendaciones a futuras investigaciones o en su efecto aplicativo a planes de mejoramiento en las instituciones de la Troja y Anacleto García.

Abstract

This research was developed in and with the educational community of the educational institutions La Troja of the municipality of Baraya and the educational institution Anacleto García of the municipality of Tello, located in the rural area of the north of the department of Huila, focused on knowing and evaluating the school climate respectively.

The design of this research was of concurrent triangulation (DITRIAC), with an application and a mixed method, allowing interaction with the actors of each educational institution, through the application of information collection instruments, such as the qualitative interview identifying perceptions of the actors (managers and parents) and the questionnaire for quantitative measurement aimed at teachers, schoolchildren, and the community in general in each of the educational institutions under study. For the analysis of the quantitative data, the statistical program SPSS was used and for the analysis of the qualitative data, the software Atlas.ti.9 was used.

The results respond to each of the objectives set out in this research, starting from the provision of information by educational actors, followed by the analysis and classification of their perceptions from the categories of Interpersonal Relations, Knowledge of Standards, Safety and School Environment, Academic Commitment and Inclusion. Establishing the relationship between the theoretical trends and the factors that affect the school climate in the institutions that are the object of the research.

The discussion and the conclusions determine the factors associated with the theoretical references that characterize the school climate in a positive and negative way in each of the educational institutions. Generating recommendations for future research or its applicative effect to improvement plans in the institutions of La Troja and Anacleto García.
