21. Proyecto de investigación conocimiento y apropiación social de las políticas públicas educativas en poblaciones vulnerables

Resumen

Esta investigación presenta un estudio sobre el Conocimiento y Apropiación Social de las Políticas Públicas Educativas en las Poblaciones Vulnerables (Pobreza Extrema, Víctimas del Conflicto Armado y LGTBI) vinculadas en instituciones educativas oficiales de la ciudad de Neiva. Se empleó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño transversal y de tipo descriptivo. El instrumento utilizado corresponde a un cuestionario con preguntas dicotómicas y de escala Likert, analizados con el software SPSS. En los resultados de las escalas de medición predomina el nivel básico en la dimensión Conocimiento y en la dimensión Apropiación Social en los resultados arrojados a partir de las preguntas tipo Likert, se evidencia una mayor frecuencia en el ítem de Nunca. Se espera generar análisis desde el ámbito educativo, en el sector oficial permitiendo que la institución se convierta en espacio de reflexión garante de derecho favoreciendo la inclusión educativa, como también, generar aportes a futuras investigaciones académicas y entidades gubernamentales.

Abstract 

This research shows a study about Knowledge and the Social appropriation of State Education Policies in vulnerable population (Population in Extreme Poverty, Armed Conflict Victims and LGBTI) that are linked to Government funded institutions in Neiva city.
A transversal-designed, descriptive and quantitative based method was applied during the research.

The instrument used corresponds to a questionnaire with dichotomous questions and Likert Scale which was analyzed by a SPSS software The results from the measurement scales are prevailed by a basic level in the knowledge dimension. Also, according to the Likert questions and the results got in the Social Appropiation of Knowledge dimension, it is evidenced a higher selection in the item “Never”.
It is expected to generate an analysis from the educational field to the official sector, in which the institution becomes a space for reflection guarantor of rights that favors educational inclusion, as well as generating contributions to future academic researches and government entities.
