32. Factores que limitan o facilitan la implementación del enfoque de discapacidad del ICBF en el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil Huellitas de Neiva Resumen

Resumen

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores que limitan y facilitan la implementación del enfoque de discapacidad del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar familiar en Centro de Desarrollo infantil, Huellitas de la ciudad de Neiva. Para lograr el objetivo, se formuló la pregunta de investigación ¿Cuáles son los factores que limitan y facilitan la implementación del enfoque de discapacidad del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar familiar en Centro de Desarrollo infantil, Huellitas de la ciudad de Neiva? En cuanto a la metodología, se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo con un alcance descriptivo y el diseño un estudio de caso; y como instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó el análisis documental, se aplicó una guía de observación y una entrevista semiestructurada. Finalizado el trabajo se pudo concluir que los factores que facilitan implementación del enfoque de discapacidad es el trabajo en equipo, los recursos invertidos, las capacitaciones a los funcionarios y que, en estos momentos, los componentes de atención se están cumpliendo en el CDI Huellitas. También se halló que entre las principales fortalezas del Centro de Desarrollo infantil Huellitas de la ciudad de Neiva, en la implementación del enfoque de discapacidad está el talento humano y que cuenta con un ambiente educativo y protector.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the factors that limit and facilitate the implementation of the disability approach of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute in the Infant Development Center, Huellitas in the city of Neiva. To achieve the objective, the research question was formulated. What are the factors that limit and facilitate the implementation of the disability approach of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute in the Child Development Center, Huellitas in the city of Neiva? Regarding the methodology, the qualitative approach was used, and as an instrument for data collection, an observation guide and a semi-structured interview were applied. At the end of the work, it was concluded that the factors that facilitate the implementation of the disability differential approach are the team work, the resources invested, the training of the staff, and that, at this moment, the care components are being fulfilled in the CDI Huellitas. It was also found that among the main strengths of the Huellitas Child Development Center of the city of Neiva, in the implementation of the disability differential approach is human talent and that it has an educational and protective environment.
