96. Sistematización de una Experiencia de Diseño e Implementación del Plan Individual de Ajustes Razonables PIAR para un Caso de Discapacidad Inte

Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación fue fundamentar las acciones afirmativas que sustenten la construcción de una Política de inclusión a partir de la sistematización de una experiencia de diseño e implementación del Plan Individual de Ajustes Razonables PIAR para un caso de discapacidad intelectual en la Institución Luis Calixto Leiva de Garzón (Huila). Este estudio se enmarcó en el enfoque mixto, dado que compartió lo planteado por Ruiz (s. f.) cuando precisa que la investigación mixta busca el conocimiento amplio y profundo acerca del objeto de estudio y comprenderlo integralmente; la investigación otorgó un papel predominante al enfoque cualitativo desde la necesidad de profundizar en fundamentar las acciones afirmativas que sustenten la construcción de una Política de inclusión. Los resultados del proceso investigativo se presentan en un esquema de triangulación que brinda la consistencia a lo que se ha definido como Fase I: Enfoque cuantitativo, método descriptivo y Fase II: Enfoque cualitativo, método sistematización de experiencias desde lo planteado por Jara (2018). Los resultados confirman la necesidad de establecer lineamientos y directrices que faciliten la toma de decisiones y orienten la actuación en los diferentes estamentos de la institución a través de una política de inclusión que permita transformar las culturas y las prácticas.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to base the affirmative actions that support the construction of an Inclusion Policy based on the systematization of an experience of design and implementation of the Individual Plan of Reasonable Adjustments PIAR for a case of intellectual disability in the Luis Calixto Leiva Institution. of Garzon (Huila). This study was framed in the mixed approach, since it shared what Ruiz (s. F.) raised when he specifies that mixed research seeks broad and deep knowledge about the object of study and understand it comprehensively; The research gave a predominant role to the qualitative approach from the need to deepen in substantiating the affirmative actions that support the construction of an Inclusion Policy. The results of the investigative process are presented in a triangulation scheme that provides consistency to what has been defined as Phase I: Quantitative approach, descriptive method and Phase II: Qualitative approach, systematization of experiences method from what was proposed by Jara (2018). The results confirm the need to establish guidelines and directives that facilitate decision-making and guide action in the different levels of the institution through an inclusion policy that allows transforming cultures and practices.
