82.Evaluación del Clima Escolar en la Institución Educativa Ecopetrol Sede Delia Ferro Falla del Municipio de Campoalegre

Resumen

Esta investigación busca caracterizar el Clima Escolar (CE) en la Institución Educativa Ecopetrol sede Delia Ferro Falla del municipio de Campoalegre- Huila, según las percepciones de algunos actores educativos. Esta tesis identifica las características sociodemográficas y algunas particularidades de estos, de igual manera permite conocer los factores positivos y negativos que caracterizan el CE desde sus dimensiones (relaciones interpersonales,
conocimiento de normas, seguridad y entorno escolar, compromiso académico e inclusión), por último, se encontraron dos tendencias propias de los factores que caracterizan el clima escolar. El método implementado es el mixto con diseño de triangulación concurrente (DITRIAC), la información cuantitativa fue recolectada a través de un cuestionario aplicado a estudiantes, docentes, orientador y comunidad externa, para el análisis de esta información se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS. La entrevista realizada a directivos, administrativos y padres de familia permitió recolectar la información cualitativa que fue procesada con el software Atlas. ti.8.

Abstract

This investigation seeks to characterize the School Climate (CE) in the Ecopetrol Educational Institution headquartered in Delia Ferro Falla in the municipality of Campoalegre-Huila, according to the perceptions of some educational actors. This thesis identifies the sociodemographic
characteristics and some particularities of these, in the same way allows to know the positive and negative factors that characterize the SC from its dimensions (interpersonal relationships, knowledge of norms, security and school environment, academic commitment and inclusion), finally, will meet the trends of the factors that characterize the school climate. The implemented method is the mixed with concurrent triangulation design (DITRIAC), the quantitative information was collected through a questionnaire applied to students, teachers, advisor and external community, for the analysis of this information was used the SPSS statistical program. The interview carried out with managers, administrative staff and family priests allowed the collection of qualitative information that was processed with the Atlas software. ti.8.
